I know many of you wonder Why don't I tell the FBI, however the FBI does not Care, I have told them of Criminal Activity before and they don't bother to respond, or look into it and seem to have local law in the area of the Crime simple make the Criminal Look like the Good Guy.

Do the MAJOR Companies,Banks and Judicial Branches monitor the Blogsphere in ANY way?

Do those who monitor High Finance Monitor what Bloggers are Saying? Or is this Blog thing just taken as Whooper Snappers yammering about Nothing that anyone is really paying attention to?

I mean how can Warner Brothers, Intel, Sony and all the companies involved in the Iviewit Stolen Patent Case, How can they ignore all the Documents and all the proof and what do these companies say when the Shareholder says Who is Crystal L. Cox ?

Do they say some disgruntled employee of someone, do they say oh that is just a blog it's not real... and do the Shareholders really believe this... are the Shareholders to simply Believe what paid for controlled Media - Big Media Companies have to say on the Topic and to ignore an Investigative Blogger Such as my self?

The really odd part is the www.Iviewit.TV information has been piling up over 8 years, it is not new information and it is Court Documents, Internal Documents and so much proof that 6 year old could find Convictions Left and Right and See that it is High Time the Inventors and Iviewit Shareholders were due their Rightful Compensation.

The Iviewit Stolen Patent story is not my story, it is just one story our there of many Court Corruption Stories, the thing is when I start to post on a story - I simply want as much information out there as I can find to get the story told. It seems to me that these big companies stand to lose alot, and that you shareholders could lose everything, just in my opinion of Course. So why is no one monitoring the Internet for the Thousands of Documents of Proof on Fraud on the Courts, Fraud againts the USPTO, or what Warner Brothers Inc. is up to ?

Does know one care about the Liability that Intel Corp has created?

Where is the SEC in all this?

It is said that they were certain that they had been successful in concealing these documents and meeting from Donald Stone with their various schemes to thwart his subpoenas.

They tried this 'business dispute" trick with the court in their motion.

Donald Stone went back to the court with their own documents of this meeting 9/26/94 with a multitude of federal felony offenses.

And they were forced to admit to the criminal activities of Donald Stone's former business associates.

And it wouldn't be until 2005 that it would be discovered that the Sappersteins were stealing and laundering $3.5 million from the Baltimore School Board during the time that Donald Stone was suing them for racketeering and the USDOJ was protecting their criminal activities.

Is there NO Accountability at All in the United states Court System?

6 federal prosecutors caught lying in federal court proceedings. When does the injustice on We the People STOP. When is the TRUTH the only Real Defense that is needed in the Courts?

It is said that, Not only was Thomas E. Scott's name floated for possible FBI Director by Bush, Scott was a former federal judge in Miami before he became US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

GEO Group Adds Board Member with Questionable Ethics by Andrew Strong of Private Prison Watch

"" Effective from February 1st, Christopher Wheeler will work as a board member for The GEO Group, the second largest prison corporation in America. The announcement to the public came earlier today and went over his history: a Cornell Law graduate who recently retired from his work as a lawyer for Proskauer Rose, LLP. He also works with the Ronald McDonald house, a private school, a university, and multiple hospitals as a volunteer.

The GEO Group's CEO, George Zoley, had this to say about the recent hire: "We are fortunate to have Christopher Wheeler join our Board of Directors.

Mr. Wheeler brings extensive experience and unique leadership qualities to our company. We welcome Mr. Wheeler to our Board and look forward to continuing our efforts to enhance shareholder value" (Business Wire).

Taken for face value, it appears that Mr. Wheeler is a fairly straight-shooter. However, after some simple vetting I was able to find some disturbing claims against Wheeler and Proskauer Rose that could prove the contrary.

In 2004, Wheeler was arrested for a felony traffic offense of driving with a blood alcohol content of .207%, over two times the legal limit, and getting in a wreck with another car, sending both Wheeler and the other man to the hospital (Delray Beach PD Police Report).

His lawyer, Eric Turner, made a public statement downplaying the incident as a misdemeanor and commented that the Florida Bar Association would not get involved unless Wheeler was convicted (Boca Raton News). What is interesting about this is that Wheeler was in fact convicted of the crime, yet his license to practice law was not revoked -- perhaps due to his work with the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida?

Wheeler's DUI case only scratches the surface. He has also been accused of patent and copyright misappropriations, antitrust violations, RICO violations, tortuous interference with business relationships, conflicts of interest, a perjured deposition, giving false and misleading information to the Florida state court and Florida state Bar Association, misappropriation and conversion of funds, breach of fiduciary responsibilities as a director of an Advisory Board, and a breach of attorney-client privileges.

The majority of these claims ride on the back of his more widely-known instances of corruption: his involvement with Proskauer Rose in taking a patent idea from a client, Iviewit, and forming their own company, MPEGLA, organized by Christopher Wheeler and other lawyers which set out to profit from the stolen technology.

The technology was used to develop digital zooms on cameras, a feature that is available in almost any digital camera around. You can read shareholder documents about the situation here that give an inside view on the fraudulent depositions and scheme to steal the technology. So far, no RICO or fraud charges have been filed against Wheeler or Proskauer Rose.

It seems as though Christopher Wheeler has a sizable amount of enemies from his past dealings. With such a rocky history it is surprising that a corporation like The GEO Group, one that is under constant scrutiny and the public eye, would choose to hire Wheeler. Maybe those days are behind him and he is a changed person -- who am I to judge?

All I know is that I will have my eye on this fellow and The GEO Group this year. He has a lot of powerful connections in Florida, the home state of GEO, so I am interested to see what happens with him on the board.""

What Does the Iviewit Stolen Patent Have to Do With Enron?

It is Said that Enron's Broadband Division is what sunk the company. It is Said that The Broadband division was doing a deal with Blockbuster for delivery of a high quality video and had booked hundreds of millions in revenue based on these new technologies.

It is presumed these technologies were to be the stolen Iviewit Technologies. As Proskauer Rose Was involved with Iviewit's Stolen Patent, the SGI Bankruptcy and was representing Enron Somehow Right?

Enron was involved in a technology transfer and alliance agreement with Iviewit companies that may have been fraudulent companies with stolen patents.

" It is amazing that an energy company was suddenly booking revenue as a broadband internet company. Blockbuster was started by Iviewit seed investor Wayne Huizenga. Arthur Andersen while conducting an audit for Crossbow Ventures, an Iviewit investor, funded by two thirds SBIC loans, was conducting an audit when they discovered two identically named corporations but one with missing minutes and stock records.

Andersen accused accountant for Iviewit, Erika Lewin, of misleading auditors regarding the Iviewit corporate structure and failing to state all the companies. Upon discovery of possible fraud and at the first signs that agreements such as the Enron/Iviewit deal were being done with these "other" identically named companies, Andersen suddenly went out of business with Enron and a shredding party like never before occured.

One must question why the Enron Broadband division escaped investigation and prosecution of its members when they were the cause of the collapse which had serious impact on shareholders and states like California.
